BreakX Indices Account Setup: How to Add BreakX 600, BreakX 1800 & BreakX 1200 on MT5

In this guide, I’ll show you how to set up a BreakX Indices Account on MT5 and add BreakX 600, BreakX 1200, and BreakX 1800 to the Quotes tab so you can view their charts and trade them.

BreakX indices are synthetic indices offered through Weltrade. If you are currently using a broker that does not provide these instruments, you may not find them in your MT5 app.

The process involves three main steps:

How to Create a BreakX Indices Account

To trade BreakX indices on MT5, you first need a Weltrade account and a synthetic indices trading account.

If you don’t already have a Weltrade account, you can sign up with them using this link.

After registering and logging into your Weltrade account, you should be taken to your account dashboard.

From the dashboard, look for the My Accounts section. This is where you can create and manage your trading accounts.

You should see two main account categories:

• Real Account
• Demo Account

If you want to practice trading BreakX indices first, you can create a demo account. If you are ready to trade with real money, you can create a real account instead.

Creating a Demo Synthetic Indices Account

For this tutorial, we’ll use a demo account.

Go to the Demo section and select Open New Demo Account.

You will then be presented with a form containing several options.

1. Select MetaTrader 5

Under the Platform option, you should see different trading platforms, including MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

Select MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

2. Select the SyntX Account Type

The next option is the Account Type.

Weltrade provides different account types, but if your goal is to trade BreakX and other synthetic indices available on the platform, select the SyntX account type.

This is important because selecting the wrong account type may prevent you from finding the synthetic indices you are looking for.

3. Select USD as the account currency

Next, select USD as your account currency.

4. Choose Your Demo Deposit Amount

You will also need to select the amount you want to use as the balance of your demo account.

For example, you can choose $200.

However, it’s a good idea to select a demo balance that is reasonably close to the amount you would actually be comfortable depositing when you eventually trade with a real account.

Using an unrealistically large demo balance can give you a false impression of how you would manage your money when trading a real account.

After completing the required information, click Open Account.

Weltrade will then create your synthetic indices trading account and provide the MT5 login details required to connect the account to your MT5 application.

Your MT5 login details are also sent to the email address you used when registering your Weltrade account.

How to Connect Your Weltrade Account to MT5

Once your synthetic indices trading account has been created, the next step is to connect it to the MT5 mobile application.

Open the MT5 app on your phone.

From the MT5 home screen, open the main menu and select Manage Account.

On the Manage Account page, tap the + button at the top-right corner.

You will then be given the option to search for a broker.

Search for Weltrade.

You should see different Weltrade options. Select Weltrade Limited.

You will now need to enter the MT5 login details provided by Weltrade when you created your synthetic indices account.

These include:

• Login ID
• Password
• Server

Enter your login ID and password exactly as provided.

Select the Correct Weltrade Server

The server you select depends on whether you created a demo or real account.

For a demo account, select:

Weltrade Demo

For a real account, select:

Weltrade Real

After entering your login details and selecting the appropriate server, tap Login.

If the details are correct, your Weltrade synthetic indices account should now be connected to your MT5 application.

How to Add BreakX Indices to MT5

Now that your Weltrade synthetic indices account is connected to MT5, you can add the BreakX instruments to your Quotes tab.

Go to the Quotes tab in the MT5 app.

If there are already instruments displayed that you don’t need, you can remove them to make it easier to find the BreakX indices.

Next, tap the + button at the top-right corner.

You will see a list of available instrument categories.

Select Synthetic Indices.

You should now see the different synthetic indices available through your Weltrade account.

Scroll through the list until you find the BreakX instruments.

You can then tap the + button beside the BreakX instruments you want to add.

The different BreakX instruments are:

• BreakX 600
• BreakX 1200
• BreakX 1800

Once you tap the plus button beside each instrument, they will be added to your MT5 Quotes tab.

How to Trade BreakX 600, BreakX 1200, and BreakX 1800 on MT5

After adding the BreakX instruments to your Quotes tab, you can open any of them to view its chart.

For example, tap BreakX 600 and select Chart.

You can do the same for BreakX 1200 and BreakX 1800.

From the chart, you can apply your preferred technical analysis tools and indicators and, where appropriate, place trades through your MT5 account.

The process is essentially the same as trading other instruments available on your MT5 application.

Why Can’t I Find BreakX Indices on My MT5?

If you cannot find BreakX 600, BreakX 1200, or BreakX 1800 on your MT5 application, one of the first things to check is the trading account you are connected to.

BreakX indices are not automatically available on every broker or every account type.

Make sure that:

• You are connected to the correct Weltrade account.
• You created a Synthes account.
• You are using MT5.
• You selected Synthetic Indices when searching for instruments.
• You are using the correct Weltrade server.
• Your MT5 app is connected successfully to the account.

If you are connected to a different broker, you may not see the BreakX instruments in the Synthetic Indices section.
